What are AffirmMePlease's operating hours?

 Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. During these hours, online chat and email assistance is available. Any inquiries received outside of these times will be addressed on the following business day.

I placed my order.
Now what?

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed within 10 to 14 business days and once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email that includes a tracking number.  Shipped orders will be received within 3 to 5 business days.

How long is processing time?

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders could take longer than 10-14 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.  

PLEASE NOTE:  Processing times may be longer following sales events due to a higher volume of orders.

Is your apparel unisex?

Yes, our apparel is designed to be unisex, catering to all genders. We focus on creating versatile styles that everyone can feel comfortable and confident wearing. Be sure to check our sizing guide on product pages to find the best fit for you!

What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final and AffirmMePlease issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

 

  • Is cancelled by AffirmMePlease

  • One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed.

  • Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

AffirmMePlease will take up to 10 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 15 business days to post to your account.

If you used a gift card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your gift card immediately.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. We will not reship orders that were incorrectly addressed.

We create all items with care and upon order. For this reason, when possible, we will only be able to cancel an order within 24 hours of the time we received it.

We cannot cancel your order if it is currently being processed or has been shipped.  We will accept returns for accidental orders as long as the item(s) is in its original, unopened AffirmMePlease package. Returns in this scenario received with open original packaging will not be accepted. Please email our customer support team at support@affirmmeplease.com for assistance.
